Kin Paint

Through the language of Paint, I convey different personal feelings and experiences. With the subject of the paintings to change in relevance of current events or inspirations within my life. I create with a style mixture of semi realism and graphic, and occasionally abstract. Exploring these concepts through textures of water, skin and light within a space. I build up layers with different methods and range in transparency, to give the paintings depth in non-traditional ways. While also exploring the material of paint itself, of low quality and high-quality paints, creating a balance between the two. Occasionally I include craft materials within my paintings, to elevate my paintings while also showing the subtle beauties of the materials I use.
